Armand Tremblay Obituary

Mr. Armand J. Tremblay, of this city died unexpectedly Monday, June 9 following a period of failing health. He was the beloved companion of Nancy C. Ingrando. He was born 83 years ago in Taunton, the son of the late Louis A. and Adeline (Dube) Tremblay. He was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. For 33 years he had owned and operated Tremblay Moving and Storage, which his family had operated since the 1920s. Mr. Tremblay was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and was a member of the AMVETS. He enjoyed woodworking and was an avid Washington Redskins fan. In addition to his companion he leaves: 2 sons: Ronald Tremblay of Raynham Allen Tremblay of Taunton 2 daughters: Linda Omobono of Billerica Paula Davidson of Taunton 8 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews A Funeral Service will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street on Friday, June 13 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Rela- tives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
