Maria G. Dran

Maria G. (Rebelo) Dran, passed away at home surrounded by her family and loved ones, on SaturdayAugust 17th, 2019, at the age of 51. She passed away after a long and courageous battle with her health. She was the wife the late Stephan Dran. Maria was born on June 8th, 1968 to Gabriela Rebelo and the late Joao Luis.



Maria married her teenage love, the late Stephan Dran, in the mid 80s. It was love at first sight. There love blossomed into a beautiful partnership. In 2005, her dreams came true when her daughters came into her life. She wanted nothing more in the world than in the to be a mother. The girls brought her so much joy andspecial moments. Maria focused on being a great mother and giving the girls agood life.



Her battle with her health started when she was diagnosed with a rare liverdisease. After receiving her transplant, she faced many challenges, including her body rejecting the new liver.



Even though life was giving Maria difficult times, she always smiled andtried to live life to the fullest. She enjoyed holidays, birthdays, barbecues, and bon fire gatherings. It brought Maria great comfort to put together any activity that brought the people she loved together.



In addition to her mother Gabriela Rebelo; She is survived by her brothers Louie, Mario, Adolfo, Johnny, and Tony Rebelo; Her daughters Shayla Joubert and Angelina Rebelo; her godchildren Hana Conte, Samantha, Brian, and Jordan Rebelo; her many Neicesand Nephews.



A Celebration ofMarias life will be held in the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St., Taunton MA, on Friday AUGUST 30th, 2019 from 4-6 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
