Mrs. Sharon (Tweedy) Waterman, age 53, of Taunton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 7th, 2019. Sharon was the loving wife of Michael W. Waterman. A lifelong city resident, she was born on August 30th, 1965 to Richard and Sally (Paiva) Tweedy.
A Taunton High School graduate, Sharon was a volunteer for the Cub Scouts and enjoyed doing arts crafts and playing Bingo. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Besides her loving husband, Sharon is survived by her two sons: Ryan Frith and his wife Megan of Taunton, and Zachary Waterman and his partner Ashley Williams of Taunton; Her 3 brothers: Richard Tweedy and his wife Faith of Stoughton, Ronald LaPointe and his wife Donna of Taunton and Donald LaPointe and his wife Dawn of Taunton; Her sister: Deborah Hayes and her husband Richard of Bourne. She was also the sister of the late David Tweedy and his wife Sharon of Taunton.
She also leaves her 3 grandchildren: Kayley Matteson, Kenna Frith, and Kaleb Frith; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home on Sunday March 10th from 3-6 PM with a service to follow at 6 PM. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend. For directions or to leave an online condolence, please visit www.r-mfh.com.
