Arnold Beaulier Obituary

Arnold Beaulier was born on February 7, 1948, in Caribou, Maine to George and Imelda Beaulier. He was the youngest of 9 children. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Barbara, stepson and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Jill Allen, grandchildren: Luna and her husband Noah, Caprice, Juliette, Aren, Christopher and his wife Elizabeth, Kendall, Mathew, and Daniel-Gavin, Arn's sisters Luanne Drost, and Jeanne Violette and his brother George Beaulier along with many nieces, nephews and countless friends.

Arnold often reflected on the joys of a simple life as a child in rural Maine. However, his early teenage years became challenging when the family moved to Hartford, CT in 1956. Just a few years later, tragedy struck when his mother died in 1961 followed soon after by his father. At 13, Arn was adopted by his older brother Claude.

In 1967, Arn moved with Claude's family to Suffield, CT. Shortly thereafter, he and Claude were approached by Jehovah's Witnesses. God's promise in the Bible of a paradise earth warmed Arn's heart, especially the hope of seeing his dead loved ones returned to life in that earthly paradise. The more Arnold studied the Bible, the more his love for his heavenly Father grew. In 1973, Arnold was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. From that time on, he put the service of Jehovah first in his life, sharing the Bible's message with many in the Granby and Canton, CT areas. He had the privilege of working for a while in the kitchen at the Watchtower World Headquarters, preparing meals for the Bethel family. When he returned to CT, he continued to use his cooking skills, preparing meals for his brothers at Assemblies in Natick, MA and Monroe, NY.

Over the years, Arnold worked at a number of jobs to support his Christian ministry but is best known in the area for the years he spent in the produce department at Jones Market in Southwick, MA. On July 5, 1986, Arn married Barbara Allen and they became a family with her two boys: Chris and Andrew. In 2012, Arn and Barb moved to Great Barrington, MA. As Arn's illness began to progress, Andrew and Jill invited them to move into their home in Middleboro, MA so they could assist with his care. This became their home in 2022, where he remained until his death on January 12, 2025.
