Daniel C. Cotter

Daniel C. Cotter, 64, passed away April 26, 2022 at Morton Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born in Taunton, the son of James J. and Ruth C. (McCarthy) Cotter. He was a graduate of Taunton High School and worked as a carpet installer. He was an avid golfer who competed in the Taunton City Open.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Kimberly.

 Surviving are his son Jason Lima of Middleboro; partner Kristina, daughter Ariana Lima of Bellingham; partner Jessica and their siblings Justice and Nick Lima, grandchildren Brody and Briella and their siblings Keith and Adrian. Other survivors include siblings Sharon Demaral and her husband, Tony of Taunton; Dale Cotter and her wife, Sheila Stackhouse of South Yarmouth; Joan Dowd and her husband, Tom of Falmouth; Robin Sacco and her husband, Rob of Orlando Fl; Christine Desalliers and her husband, Jack of Yardley PA; Kevin Cotter and his wife, Chris of Lakeville; Colleen Banat and her husband, Peter of Walpole and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Visitation will take place at the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton MA 02780 on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4PM-7PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
