Eileen (O'Connor) Williams

Eileen (O'Connor) Williams 73, of Taunton Ma., passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, surrounded by family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Williams.

The daughter of the late George A. O'Connor Jr. And Irene E. (Dexter) O'Connor. Educated in Taunton and a lifelong resident, she made many lifelong friends working and volunteering. Prior to retiring she was the store manager at Taunton Silversmiths. Eileen was an active member of the Middleboro Emblem Club and the Taunton Lodge of Elks serving as an officer and working with the Veteran luncheons. She always looked forward to her monthly luncheons with her lifelong schoolmates.

She leaves behind a son, Sean M. O'Connor and granddaughter, Delaney both of Taunton Ma., 3 stepsons David, Steven, and Keith and 2 stepdaughters Debra and Cheryl. She also leaves behind a sister Maureen Chase and her husband Herbert Chase of Florida, a brother George A. O'Connor III and his wife Karen O'Connor of Sturbridge Ma, along with several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life will be held at the Taunton Lodge of Elks, 775 John Quincy Adams Rd, Taunton, Ma on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 5:00-8:00pm. All relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Eileen’s honor to the Taunton Lodge of Elks for Veteran luncheons.
