George Lehouillier Obituary

George Raymond Lehouillier of Wareham, formerly of Taunton, passed away on March 22, 2022 at Tobey Hospital.  He was 71 years old.  Born October 23, 1950 to the late Raymound J. and Anita R. (LePage) Lehouillier, George began grammar school at St. Jacques in Taunton.  He graduated from Coyle High School and went on to attend Cape Cod Community College.  George graduated from SMU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

In 1975, George married the love of his life, Linda J. Beaulieu. They had three beautiful children together.  George began his career as a cook at the Windjammer Restaurant and bartended at Charlie’s Place in Wareham.  He spent 33 years in the shipping department as the Traffic Manager for the Eureka Co. until they closed.  He began his next career with Cooperative Production, Inc. as a Direct Care Staff where he enjoyed 11 years of employment until he retired in 2020.  George was the owner of Gelin Enterprises, selling goods at various Flea Markets.

George was a longtime member of the Italian Naturalization Club and Airforce Fishing Club.  He was a member of the Taunton Rifle & Pistol Club and INC where he was a former captain of the pool league.  George loved fishing and playing pool.  He cherished the time he spent at Parkwood Beach in Wareham.  George was a loving, generous, hardworking man and a dedicated father and friend.

George sadly leaves behind his loving wife Linda of Wareham, his daughters:  Dyan J. Lehouillier of Taunton and Beth A. Lehouillier and her fiancé, Curtis M. Buglar Sr. of Taunton; his son; Marc G. Lehouillier and his wife Lyndsie, also of Taunton; eight adoring grandchildren; Curtis Jr., Camren, Cyle, Anthony, Leahanna, Destiny, Marc Jr., and Melanie.  George is survived by his sister; Denise (Lehouillier) Kashner and husband Brian of Wareham; brother in-laws; Bob Beaulieu of Lovepark, IL and Gary Beaulieu of Mashpee, MA; sister-in-laws; Barbara Beaulieu of Kenosha, WI and Mary Mcabee of Titusville, FL as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to being predeceased by his parents, George was predeceased by his brother; Marc A. Lehouillier, brother-in-laws; John and Paul Beaulieu, and son-in-law; Anthony J. Barboza.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St., Taunton, MA on Monday, March 28th from 4:00PM-7:00PM.  A graveside service will take place on Monday, April 4th at the Agawam Cemetery, Great Neck Rd., Wareham, MA at 11:00AM.  Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
