Obituary

Grace Mary Carrigan-May, 56, of Taunton passed away at home on Friday April 28, 2023, after losing her battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

Born in Boston on September 20, 1966 to the late William J. Carrigan Sr. and Joanne E. (Toomey) Carrigan-French. Grace graduated from South Eastern Regional Vo-Tech. She enjoyed baking and anything to do with arts & crafts. Grace loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.   

Survived by her daughter Samantha Lee Fox, her sisters Donna Fagan of Middleboro, Susan Carrigan of Berkley and Kimberlee Chaney and her husband William of Lakeville. Three grandchildren Carl Edward May III, Anthony James Fox and Kaedynce Matthew Fox, six nephews, one niece, one great niece, two great nephews and many friends. Grace was also the mother of the late Carl Edward May Jr., stepdaughter to the late Dana French, and sister to the late William J. Carrigan Jr.

Burial will be held on Friday May 12, 2023 at 12:00pm at the Evergreen Cemetery, 1100 Washington, St. Stoughton, MA. All family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
