Jeffrey D. Emond

Jeffrey D. Emond, age 59 of Taunton, passed away on Sunday, February 11th, 2024. He was born in Taunton on April 14th, 1964 to Dorothy (Faria) Emond and the late Normand Emond.  Jeffrey was raised and educated in Taunton and was a lifelong city resident.

Jeffrey loved sports and going to the casino. He was a big family man and loved nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his daughter Cassie and granddaughter Emma.

In addition to his mother Dorothy, Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Cassandra Emond, of Plymouth. He was the brother of Normand Emond and wife Paula, of Taunton, Elizabeth McGuire and husband Dennis, of Bridgewater, Patricia Doucette and husband Paul, of Attleboro, Bruce Emond and wife Jannette, of Taunton and the late James Emond. Jeffrey was the loving grandfather of Emma Gabriel and leaves many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 4:00pm-7:00pm in the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St. Taunton, Ma. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 9:30am in St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 249 Whittenton St. Taunton, Ma. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
