Kathleen F. Dugan

Kathleen F. Dugan passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones, on January 15, 2026. She was the devoted wife of Stephen DeCoffe.

Born on October 6, 1964, to the late Anne (O’Neill) and Gerald Dugan. A passionate lover of arts and crafts, Kathleen found joy and fulfillment in cross-stitching, a hobby that showcased her attention to detail and artistic spirit. Her handmade keepsakes are treasured by family and friends, each piece a testament to her patience and care.

She was also a devoted reader who derived immense pleasure from immersing herself in the world of books. Her love for reading will remain a treasured memory among all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Kathleen cherished the time she spent outdoors, whether taking in the beauty of nature or simply enjoying the sunshine. Yet, nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by her beloved grandchildren, Cavyn, Royce, Odane and K'son. She was their greatest supporter, confidante, and friend, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

In addition to her husband Stephen DeCoffe of Freetown, Kathleen is survived by her children; Corey J. Dugan and fiancé Khalie Reth and Megan Dugan and fiancé Chevar Gordon, her brother Sean and wife Paula Dugan of Texas, her sister Maureen and husband Kevin Gulley of East Bridgewater, her grandchildren Cavyn J. Dugan, Royce Dugan, Odane Gordon, and stepgrandson K'son Morales, along with many nieces and nephews and other extended family.

Kathleen will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her life was a tapestry woven with creativity, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St. Taunton, MA from 4:00-7:00pm. All relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
