Kelly Ann DeSousa age 55 of Raynham, passed away on April 14, 2023 surrounded by her loving family after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Christopher A. DeSousa. Kelly was born on April 22, 1967 in Brockton, the daughter of the late Joseph and Judith A. (Bernard) Pedro.
Before her battle with cancer Kelly was employed with Associated Home Care as a PCA/HHA.
More than anything in this world she loved being a mother and a nana. She enjoyed gardening, spending time outside and working with the elderly.
In addition to her husband Christopher of over 37 years, she is survived by her loving daughter, Kristy L. DeSousa and her partner Jessica V. Roias of Raynham. Loving Nana to Charlotte Hope DeSousa. Kelly was also the mother of the late Christopher A. DeSousa Jr.
Kelly is also survived by her sister Karen Pedro and her partner Jody Hafey of Fall River, half-sister Wendy Pedro Monroy and her husband Thomas Monroy of Plymouth, half-brother Jeffrey Pedro and his wife Jaqueline Pedro of Taunton. Mother and father-in-law Lucinda and Jose DeSousa of Berkley, sister-in-law Rebecca Fisher and her husband Sean Fisher of Taunton and sister-in-law Jeanette Pottier and her husband the late Daniel Pottier of Assonet. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Kelly was also the sister of the late Joseph Pedro Jr.
