Marguerite (Marcotte) Dennison

Marguerite (Marcotte) Dennison passed away on Wednesday October 11, 2023. Loving wife of the late Matthew Dennison.

Born in Taunton, on November 9, 1920 to the late Alphonse and Maria (Carpentier) Marcotte.  Marguerite was a lifelong resident of Taunton and worked as a medical librarian for the Paul A. Dever School for 25 years. She was a former member of the Oakland Senior Citizens Club. Marguerite enjoyed playing cards, reading and attending social events but enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.

Survived by her daughter Donna Dennison of Raynham, her son Barry Dennison and his wife Gabrielle of New York, grandchildren Catherine (Majkut) Shiao, Jonathan Majkut, Christopher Dennison and Violet Dennison, one great-grandchild Anneka Shiao and several nieces and nephews. Marguerite was also the sister of the late Theodore, Ernest and Doran Marcotte, along with Lucille Arcand and Clair Cabana. 

Visitation will be held at Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St. Taunton, Ma on Friday October 20, 2023, from 9:00am to 10:30am, following the visitation a Funeral Mass will take place at St. Jude the Apostle Parish 249 Whittenton St. Taunton, Ma at 11:00am, immediately following the Mass will be a burial at St. Joseph Cemetery 475 E. Britannia St., Taunton, Ma. All family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
