Maryann (Laudati) Jarousky, 80, of Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully at Mount St Rita Health Center Cumberland, MA on August 21, 2025.
She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Lillian (Perry ) Laudati and the wife of the late Phillip Jarousky.
Maryann was born on March 8, 1945 in Taunton, MA. She lived in Taunton until she married and then lived in Attleboro where she raised their family.
Maryann loved life and was often referred to as the life of the party. She enjoyed spending time with her family, trips to the Cape for lobster, animals, chocolate, and the ocean. She could never pass up a good yard sale.
Maryann married Phillip Jarousky in 1962. She worked at LaSalette Shrine where she cooked for the Priests and Brothers who became like family. They loved her food but more importantly they loved the relationships she built with each one of them.
Maryann is survived by three children. Scott Jarousky and his wife Debra of Attleboro, MA. Kimberly Berard and her husband Justin of Homestead, NC, and Steven Jarousky and his wife Linda of Attleboro, MA. She was a devoted Nana to her grandchildren whom she loved deeply: Sydney Goyette and her husband Zarek, Joseph Fischbach Jr , Alexander and Nathaniel Jarousky, and Brandon Jarousky. She had the joy of meeting her first great grandchild, Lily Goyette 2 weeks before her passing. She was the beloved sister to Diane Rountree and her husband Eddie, Marie Laudati, and the late Eileen Chausse.
She will also be missed by her many nephews and nieces, all of whom held a very special place in her heart.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her generosity and kindness towards other will be greatly missed but not forgotten.
A celebration of life will be observed on September 27th at the Sweet Community House, 44 Peck Street, Attleboro MA from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
