Nancy V. (Munroe) Desrosiers

Nancy V. Desrosiers passed away on Friday July 15, 2022, at the age of 80.  Nancy was born on May 13, 1942, in Taunton, MA, and married Armand "Joe" Desrosiers in 1960. Nancy spent her career as a librarian for Taunton Public Schools, where she retired with over 20 years of service. She also volunteered for the Girl Scouts of America and the Boys Club of Taunton. Nancy enjoyed working outside with her flowers and plants, and she loved cooking and baking for her family.

Nancy was the daughter of the late Deolinda (Medeiros) and Robert Munroe. She was predeceased by her son Christopher Desrosiers  and brothers Robert, Paul, and David Munroe. Nancy leaves behind her husband Joe Desrosiers of 62 years and three children, Doreen Vogel (Richard), Cheryl Sylvia (Robert), and Michelle Toli, as well as her sister Marguerite "Peggy” Radevicz and brother Stephen Munroe. She was also the proud grandmother "Meme" of Kathryn Rattigan (Christopher) and Kristyn Sylvia (Thomas Olmstead), Austin and Miles Toli, Brent and Cody Vogel, Hannah Garcia, Taylor Desrosiers, and Timothy Desrosiers, and great-grandmother to Ryan and Emma Rattigan.

Visiting hours will be held in the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton MA 02780 on Wednesday, July 20th from 4-5:30p.m.  A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home at 5:30p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, Taunton on a later date.
