Robert W. Skillman Sr.

Robert W. Skillman Sr., long time resident of Taunton passed away on August 12, 2021 after a lengthy illness.  Beloved husband of 48 years to Carol (Machado) Skillman, Robert was born in Boston to the late Harold and Antoinette (Gentile) Skillman.

Educated in Boston, Robert was a very social person.  He loved to cook and entertain and was known for his amazing 4th of July parties.  Robert loved to watch old T.V. shows, play pool with friends and tend to his meticulous yard.  He was very much a family man and adored spending time with them, especially his grandchildren.  Robert was a long-time parishioner at St. Andrews Church.

In addition to Robert’s wife Carol, he leaves behind his three loving children; Robert W. Skillman, Jr., Lori A. Skillman and Tina M. Seale-Skillman, all of Taunton and his cherished grandchildren; Gianna and Gabriella Seale.  Robert was the brother of seven Skillman siblings: Diane M Schmidt, Gordon R., Donna M. Blanchard, Peter David, and the late Richard H., Patricia Ann LoRusso, and Theresa Keegan. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 4-7 P.M in the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St., Taunton, MA .
