Wayne A. Weiss II

Wayne Weiss II, age 58, of Taunton, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday October 9, 2025. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1967, he was the son of Wayne Weiss I and the late Patricia Perry. Wayne spent the majority of his life in Taunton, where he established a distinguished career as a skilled sheet metal worker and was a proud member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 17 in Boston.

Renowned for his expertise and dedication to his trade, Mr. Weiss was equally known for his love of cooking and for sharing his meals with family and friends. His generosity and passion for bringing people together through food will be fondly remembered.

Wayne is survived by his father, Wayne Weiss I, and his father’s partner, Jill Swayze; his two sons, Wayne Weiss III and his wife Amanda, and Randy Weiss; as well as several uncles and nieces. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
