William Sherman Obituary

Mr. William E. Sherman, Age 80 of Taunton, passed away on Monday, July 1st, 2019 at Morton Hospital in Taunton. He was the loving husband of Elaine (Pelletier) Sherman of 50 years. William was born on February 12th, 1939 to the late Donald and Bertha (Harrison) Sherman. William served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was also employed as a heavy construction mechanic.

In addition to his wife Elaine, he leaves behind his 3 daughters; Ramona Sherman, of Taunton, MA: Barbara Andruk, of Seekonk, MA: and Donna Domanoski, of Dighton, MA. His son; William H. Sherman, of Edgartown, MA; 5 grandchildren: Alicia Cestodio, Brittany Cestodio, Brian Domanoski, Derek Andruk, Catherine Domanoski and 1 great grandchild; Gabriel Domanoski. He was also the brother of AdriannaHolt, of IL, Ruth Anne William, of OK, and James Sherman, of MA.

William enjoyed watching Nascar, fishing, reading and working in his garage. His greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his loving family. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
