William "Bill" Wyatt

William R. Wyatt Sr., age 81, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2024.  The beloved husband of the late Diane Wyatt.

Born in Brockton in 1943. William served in the US Navy. William a motorcycle enthusiast served as President and referee of Capeway Rovers in the 1970-1980’s. William also worked as the Animal Control Officer for the Town of Middleboro for 35 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family.  

William is survived by his son William Wyatt Jr. and his wife Sandra, son Dean Wyatt and his wife Lori, daughter Lynette Washburn and her husband Derek. Grandchildren Kayla Balinger and her husband Matt, Veronica Wyatt, Siroun Wyatt, Ashley Wyatt and her fiancée Camila Rueda, Matt Wyatt and his wife Jessica, Tyler Washburn, Alyssa Washburn, Corey Merchant and her husband Sean, Jonathan Rodriguez and his wife Jessica and many great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay St. Taunton, MA  from 4:00-7:00pm. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 12:45pm at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, MA. All relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made in William’s honor to the Middleboro Animal Shelter, 50 Joe Ciaglo Way,  Middleboro, MA 02346.
